1st time in Kara

Tonight was my first time in Kara... i did pretty well according to guild considering my gears sucked... got 2 epics... a belt and neck piece... dou ok la... but i rly want a new chest piece... oh and definitely need new boots... the rest of my gears are blue/epic except for my boots and wand (other than trinkets) anyway, hopefully I'll be able to get more epic gears in the future ^^

OMG OMG OMG~! I'm so happy that Charmaine and Kevin won the TVB Best Actor and Actress Award!! They're both my favourite!!!! Charmaine is my FAVOURITE actress and Kevin is my FAVOURITE actor!!!! I'M SOOO HAPPY FOR THEM!!! >< *jumping for joy* Charmaine looked sooo pretty that night!!! Kevin looked as handsome as always!!! Woot, gratz again to Charmaine winning two awards that night!!! Sorry i havent been on MMOTales lately but ive been doing interesting things in my actual life

first off i found out the reason why i was so negative and depressed

my frickin' grades

that was it

the minute my mom found out how horrible my grades were and was done yelling and being dissapointed with me i felt good again

now im back to my old self

i just hate the abundance of D's and F's i have

well if i dont get into the college i want i guess i can live off ramen and waffles for the rest of my life

ANYWAY

i expected to watch halloween movies and specials on TV all night and pretend im not home

until i decided to stop that tradition

i mean i have job, money, and a car now

so lets do something a bit more exciting

i went out and bought some candy

and i decided to give the kids what they wanted

but then i thought ANTI-CONFORMITY!

everyone was giving out candy

why should i supply what they were already gonna have bags and buckets full of

so i started off giving candy but then i decided to give out Cup-Ramen

yes, the ramen in the little styrofoam cups the instant stuff

and i was surprised at the amount of people that took it

except one guy. . .

(Waffle puts cup noodles into a 4 year old kids basket)
Dad: hey man, what are you putting in my kids basket?
Me: cup ramen. you know the instant stuff
Dad: he's four whats he gonna do with noodles?
Me: eat them
Dad: dont you have any candy
Me:yeah
Dad:. . . (had a look on his face like he was expecting me to give candy)
Me: silence is pretty cool, i guess.
Dad: look take your noodles back we'll go to the next house
Me: you act like noodles are gonna poison him
Dad: You dont give noodles on halloween, you give candy!
Me: there arent any written rules on what you can give on halloween, the guy down the street is giving doritos!
Dad: well thats a danger to my kids health! what if he were to choke on it! i highly doubt my son is going to cook noodles.
Me: so apparently he cant choke on candy
Dad: where are your parents?
Me: not home right now.
Dad: (looks at address) i'l remember this house. please give me your number i want to talk to your parents.
Me: My "mommy" told me not to give my info to strangers

he left after that

man it was funny

i was laughing too hard

well anyway after that just to be safe i decided to just give candy

i dont think i was wrong but still i dont need anybody suing me for attempting to murder a child or something

This year's Halloween is meaningful... just like Tina said... cuz normally on Halloween, I go trick-or-treating (in grade school and high school days) or just hang out with friends and eat dinner or just stay home and watch tv.... but tonight I went to Larry's church with the rest of ccf to gather with other christians and we listen to ghost stories and people's experiences. The ghost stories are more like comedies lol... they were funny... and oh my gosh, there was a band too... the band was great... it felt like we were in a pub or something... cuz the setting is sooo much like it... just that we were in a basement of a church lol... The band is called Takenation. I like the English song that the girl sang, called "It's Love"... Larry, Sally! U guys bought the cd, by any chance would u let me burn a copy? lol I didnt kno if I wanted to buy the cd... since I only like one song... hehe but anyway, we left like at 11pm... then stupid Allan wanted to eat -.- and the others wanted to go home, so only me, Allan and Larry (lol cuz Larry has to drive us back... so he had to stick with us :P) went to eat @ Kenny's Noodles... then we came home around 12:30am. It was a great night.

I just realized that everytime I post something for a special event or occasion... its always passed that day... prolly cuz I have too much to do in the day, and by the time I get home... its passed 12am alrdy... :P

I bought so many clothes lately hehe... and they're all so cheap! Keke... Finished watching 真命天女 (Reaching for the Stars) and it was soo sad!!! I fell in love with 2moro 郭彥均 who played 梁正浩. OMG~ He's soo HOT!!! Love him so much >< This is the first drama that I've watched with S.H.E. in it... and from this drama, I fell in love with ELLA!! LOL... She looks sooo pretty with her hair up wearing a dress... aww... Ella and 郭彥均 make a GREAT couple!!! So sweet... Ella is soo cute and funny!! I love her singing too! The ending theme of 真命天女, arg, the song is soo sad~ but soo good! Ella is the best actress outa SHE. I've searched for other dramas by SHE, and found that Ella was also the main character of them, whereas Selina and Hebe had minor roles... 真命天女 is soo touching ><

Yay, today (supposedly yesterday, Sept 28) is my 19th birthday~! Soo happy that Im legal now :P Today was a good day... I think... first me, Allan, Stephy, Jane, Johnson and JOHN went to Pmall and Market Village, then we went to Rolling Pot... the food was yummy yummy :P Not sooo full, I could still eat more, but we didnt have much time cuz Stephy had to leave at 8pm... so I guess I was 70-80% of filled... After Hot Pot, we went to Destiny.... with just me, Jane, Allan, Johnson and John... then we played Big Two. It was soo intense... lol... so fun... then we had coffee cake :) it was ok delicious... ahem... Allan if only u have gotten Green Tea instead... I could have ate more... -.- O well, the cake was nice. Stupid Destiny wouldnt take SCCC's membership card for 10% discount... and in the discount booklet, it says there is.... sigh... so we didnt give any tips for Destiny haha... The 10% that we were supposed to get counted as the tip >:P lol

Ooo Stephy got me a picture frame, Allan got me Baby G Sweet Pink Poseidon Watch, and John got me BIG strawberry cushion!! Thanks guys :) Thanks too Johnson for paying for food, or whoever else also paid ... lol :P I love the watch.. so pretty :) thx hun

As for myself... I bought myself a pair of white knee high boots from ebay! It was soo cheap!! It was only $34 with shipping and stuff.... cuz usually if u buy shoes at a shoe store... the price is over $50 lor... so I think the boots are rly rly cheap... >< so happy~

Today at ccf... we were celebrating my bday and Kelvin's bday. At first, we sang songs, then we talked about our summer vacation... then Kenny and Sally brought in a birthday cake for me and Kelvin... aww and then we took pics... and we cut the cake... and ate the cake with just our mouths using no utensils... so we just ate like a dog... lol The cake was yummy! It was mango with peaches and kiwi?? lol thanks guys :) Then it was dinner time!! We had to walk all the way to the parking lot to Larry's car... and omg it was raining HARD!! We were all soaked!! Even tho we had an umbrella... but still we were so wet... the others who got to their cars before us didnt get wet tho :( lucky them ><

Anyway, the dinner was yummy! It was such a big group too... 12 ppl lol... but Eugine had to leave early to go play basketball -.-

What a fun fun night :D lol we have this fun every monday anyway...

Woot so excited about this Thursday! It'll be my 19th bday!! Yay~ Legal age!!! lol

Whoa... I finished watching "It started with a Kiss" before my first exam... lol, and I said that I was gonna watch it when I'm dont my exams tim.. I just couldnt help it... I needed to watch it asap... omg, the story is sooo sweeeet and cute.... I wish I was Ariel, being able to have the guy of my dream. But I prolly wouldnt have the patience to wait for a guy for 5 years... or even have the courage to give a love letter and tell him I like him... Eeek, cant wait till the 2nd one comes out... >< so excited~ The 2nd one is about their life after their wedding.. Aww... their wedding was sooo cute and funny... I hope my wedding would be a rainy day too, then I get to carry a white wedding umbrella~ Ahh, I cried so many times during the last few episodes... and one part, I was tearing for joy~ cuz they're finally together!!

This movie is AWESOME! I dont even kno why some ppl give it a 3 star, it should be 5 star!!!! It may be a little bit of boring initially, but it was sooo exciting in the middle and at the end... eeek >< I hope Jack doesnt die!!! Then of course he wont, cuz then there wouldnt be a Pirates 3... But I cant wait that long for Pirates 3 to come out!!! I heard that it'll come out next year April... but not sure... I'll look that up later... This movie is a bit better than the first one I think, tho the first one's story is more undesrtandable... lol

The day before I went to see Pirates 2, I went to see Litte Man!!! I knew it would be funny, but I didnt know it would be HILARIOUS! OMG, Shorty is sooo cute in that baby outfit!!! LOL... So adorable when he said "Gu Gu Ga Ga" aww... haha, this movie was a great laugh... Prolly gonna dl it and burn it on dvd. Same goes for Pirates 2, but I'd prolly buy the dvd in stores for Pirates 2, since I have the dvd for Pirates 1, it would be better to have them all in originial dvd. =P

Woooooooot~! Portugal made it!! They beat England!!!! I watched the whole match between Portugal vs England and Germany vs Argentina. Watched only half of Italy vs Ukraine and Brazil vs France. Whoa, cant believe Brazil lost to France... but France is doing good this yr. They deserve it. Whoa, the big news in the Protugal vs England match was C.Ronaldo got pushed by Rooney. I dont think it was C.Ronaldo's fault... but mostly everyone agrees with Rooney. It was Rooney who stepped on one of the Protugal's teamate's wee wee. And C.Ronaldo was just telling the ref that his teamate was hit on the wee wee... LOL so funny, saying the words wee wee.... >< And then Grumpy Rooney just came beside Ronaldo and pushed him... it was Rooney's fault for being so grumpy and used force... but I can understand his position, I guess all I could say is that Bad Luck for England... Sigh, it was because of this event... ppl dislike C.Ronaldo or something... but it wasnt even his fault... everyone would do the same thing as wt he did on the field... sigh ppl are so blinded by their fave team, that they get blinded to the whole situation as well... -.-''

He was offered the position as Chair Professor of Philosophy at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and so he will be leaving his position as Principal of UTSC effective September 1, 2006. :( So sad to hear... having a Chinese as the Principal of my Uni was cool... and now he's leaving... sigh.... for HKU... pffft =.="

They scored in the first 4 mintues of the match!! Waah, "ho dim ar"!!! Portugal's next match is against Iran on Sat June 17 at 9am! Noooo so early!!! I couldnt even get up for the match of Korea and Togo at 9am before.... >< But I have to wake up!!! Wake up for Cristiano Ronaldo!!!!!! Ten23 Karaoke Night

Tonight was Magic Match Party's 1st year Karaoke Anniversary Party. Stephy, Allan and I went @ 7pm, but the party started at 6pm. Ten23 is pretty big... the place is nice. Hehe, Stephy and I got in for free cuz it's free for girls who are on the guest list, otherwise, we would had to pay $10. Unfortunately, Allan had to pay $10, even though he is on the guest list, cuz all guys have to pay. We sang a few songs... cuz there were quite some people there... and the party was over around 9pm... so we only had 2 hours of singing... the people there were sooo much older than us... I think we were the youngest... Some of them looked 40.. and 30... but I think most of them are 20 something... lol... we had some embarassing moments there... well sorta... cuz on our 2nd song... we stood a bit further back from this "center" spot... and probably it's that that made the mic connection not that good or something... so we were very quiet during that song... :( Then on our 3rd song, we stood a bit further front, right in the middle... and this time, we were loud... ^^ Other people were watching from the door when our group were singing... lol some of them sang kinda bad.. some sang so-so.. some sang pretty good. Hehe oh well, it's only karaoke~! ^^

I was so surprised and amazed that students from my high school, NHS, have a band of their own now!!!! That's so awesome~ In the picture below, there's Josh, Dave, Greg (I dont know), and Graham. I was in music class with Josh, Dave and Graham! Even tho I dont know them that well, I feel happy for them that they have their own band now... they started off from musicals at school and now... WHOA... their own cd in stores... I havent listened to their songs yet... but I might try it out sometimes...

Whaaaaaaa~ What a relief.... exams are over! Over! Over! So happy... Gonna go watch Silent Hill someday later... and then gonna go home this weekend... getting a stupid haircut... (Noooooooooooo my long hair will be GONE!) Then on the 13th of May, I'll be moving to a new place... I'll be moving to a house by UTSC, and there will be a family living there (which is the landlord and his family), and two more other UTSC students ^^ Hmm cant wait ><

The 胃食兔 pictures were taken on the day that my stupid fridge stopped working... fortunately, after several hours, it was back operating.... sigh..... My strawberry ice cream.... gone..... ><

Movie Review 6

Went to see Stay Alive on Thurs April 20. The movie was ok... A little jumpy.. and scary... It's a pretty plot, how people play this video games, and if they die in the game, they die in reality... but as u keep playing the game, eventually, the game plays u, and ur no longer in control anymore... freaky... I really like the part where u begin the game, u have to recite this prayer, and it's like voice detected, and it knows when u read it, and the previous words disappear after ... but it would be cool to have a real game that's based on this movie. I would play... would anyone else?? lol leave ur comment ! ^^

Hey bro... that's mean... :( but ya I know I've gotten chubby than b4... >< Dont worry, during the summer, I'll go on an extreme diet! LOL... And hope I'll lose some weight... Gonna try to eat less... but sometimes, I cant help it, just looking or smelling those yummy delicious food or snacks... I just wanna chew them all down!!!

Anyway, I went home on the weekend, and I missed home so much!! Too bad I have to stay here for summer school... I'll be taking Psy, Women's Studies and Air during the summer... Hopefully there will be room open for Intro to French... :(

P.S. This theme isnt depressing... well at least I dont think so... but I might change it bak and forth a little... if I have time... or maybe I wont at all!! Mwahahah...

Movie Review 5:

Went to see Scary Movie 4 on Fri Apr 14th... it was hilarious! The themes are The Grudge, War of the World, the Saw movies, Million Dollar Baby, and the Village. My fave part was when Cindy and the Japanese boy from the Grudge were talking to each other in random Japanese terms. Their sentences dont even make sense... I remember I heard the words, Sushi and Sashimi... and how the little boy said the word Sashimi... it was sooo funny.... I think out of all the Scary Movies, this one is the funniest... to me.... lol well, to those of u who havent seen it, GO~ Bet u guys will laugh ur ass off ^^ (oops bad word =P)

Rolling Pot Shabu Shabu

Tonight, me, Allan and Johnson went to Rolling Pot for Johnson's belated birthday treat, and lol it was quite quiet there, prolly cuz it's a weekday and still school time... But gah, I was soo full! The food was yummy... aww I wanted to try that "new" Japanese Buffet Restuarant... Sake... o well.. After Shabu Shabu, it was around 9pm or was it 10pm... lol dont remember la, but we took a walk in Market Village... whoa, almost ALL stores and stuff are closed... we walked a round and went to this "still opened" Leung Cha Po and I ate Mango "Saiy Mai Lo", it was yummy ^^ Then out of a sudden urge, I wanted to find Club Mirage... cuz I have no clue where it is in Market Village... so we walked upstairs and downstairs twice trying to find it... but no luck... I was really frsutrated, where the heck is CM?!!! I looked at the map, and it says it's at D104-110... then I referred it bak to the map, but there wasnt D104-110... hmm Could it be outside? But it was too late for us to check, so we walked to the bus stop for 57 Midland... in the little "shelter", we saw an ad for "QUICK DIVORCE" and lol it was so funny... Allan said, omg, we're Canadians, we dont try and get ppl to divorce and stuff... blah blah blah, so he torned and ripped the ad apart... lol then we saw another pole with the same ad... lol, but we didnt rip it off... God.. these ppl telling ppl to get divorce... While we waited for the bus, we bought butter caramel ice cuppacino and McNuggets... Then the bus came.................. then.......... we came home! LOL, wt a nice night... Hmm I think CM is like a Market Village Mystery where I will never find it....

WOW~ I watched 霍元甲 on the weekend, and it was awesome! Jet Li is soo cool in the movie! I watched the Mandarin version with Chinese subtitles... too bad it's not in Cantonese version... or do they have it in Canto? lol When Jet Li was a little boy, he was sooo cute!!! The little boy has big round eyes and he is so small! The little girl who played Jet Li's daugther is adorable too! But she dies too quickly... awww that part was sooooo sad!! >< T.T

God, I love Jet Li's Chinese movies, he's soo good... and God~ love his kung ku! I love him in Fong Sai Yuk, and Wong Fei Hung!!! ><

SCCF Party~

Waahhh~ SCCF Party was fun!! We went to Eugene's house at 6pm.. Waah~ His house is sooo big! lol his house reminds me of Emily's house... the format is somewhat like hers... ^^ lol the lightsaber fight was cool and funny... aww poor Eugene broke his precious red lightsaber... :( feel bad for him... It costed him $120!!! lol it was Allan's fault too, cuz he was the one that was fighting with him... and then Allan dodged the hit, Eugene's lightsaber bent and aww that left a mark... lol but I guess it's kinda cool... like Sally said, the bent is a battle scar... lol "gin gek"... Then we played Mah Jong and ate yummy delicious Chinese food... ^^ Then we celebrated Sally's belated bday! The cake was yummy... but didnt rly like the flavour that much... but it dou ok la :) lol Big 2 was fun too! Me and Stephy were a pair and we beat the other guys by A LOT! Ya Stehpy! *hand five*

EEk~ Cant wait till Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire DVD!!! My mommy is gonna buy it this week but I wont be able to recevie it till next weekend lu... :(

Ahhh~ I'm getting Super Gals! Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 dvd soon!!! I can't wait! I love that anime sooo much ^^ It's one of my fave ones. =) Ran is soo pretty and cool and funny and cute... lol I only have the Vol. 1 at home, and it has Chinese subtitles... I hope these two have Japanese versions as well and not just English, and if they only have Eng sub then it's ok, it would be better if they also have Chinese sub :P Now, I gotta wait till I have more money to buy Vol. 4, 5, and 6... >< EEEK~ I want the whole thing now!!! In Japanese version!!!! ><

Final Destination 3

Went to see Final Destination 3 last night, and ewww it was sooo gross... This time, it's about how this girl foresees the rollercoaster crashes and everyone dies, and eventually saved 7 ppl on the ride including her, and how each of them die one by one in the order of the seating in the ride. Aww too bad Devon Sawa isnt in it anymore... but it's still good. Eww the grosses part... actually they're all gross and painful, but the ones that are most memorable are the tanning one, with girls are trapped in the tanning machine thing lol, and they were burned to death, ewww they actually showed the bursting of the skins and the insides... EWWW~ That would be the most painful and suffering way to die in the movie. The other one that was memorable was that Goth girlfriend, she was killed by a nail gun. Ewww, the nails were punctured into her head, with her hand in the way... soooo DISGUSTING~ And the rest... are kinda short and fast... Ah, now Im gonna have thoughts when going on transportation, and thinking that ahh we're gonna die soon, or something is gonna happen... LOL...

At first, it looks kinda stupid, well more stupid than the first two... cuz it takes place in an amusement park... but after, it gets better ^^ Also, it was kinda confusing at first about the pictures, how they tell u how each person die, but after the first 2 kills, u will kno.

Hmm... Have been very busy ar this week... I have 4 things in total to do this week... Tueday, a women's thesis paper due, Wednesday, Plagues and Ppl assisngment, and 2 mid terms... sigh.... aiyah, too much... dont even have time to do all tim! Say la... Oh well, will do my best geh...

Aww too bad I cant play midis on the media player... cuz I wanted to play FF8 midis gah... the Waltz of the Moon... aww sooo pretty... and happy lol

Havent been getting enough sleep lately ar, always staying up late to do stuff... So tired tim... I'm gonna sleep for 2 days straight at least after I have everything done, which is Wednesday... aiyah... cant go home till 10pm that day... Then I gotta study for another mid term... on the 27th...

Valentine's Day is Tuesday, and cant do anything, cuz of stupid workload... AHH! Being in Uni kinda sucks! lol... I guess I'll get used to it since I'll be in Uni for quite some years...

Hmm It was ok… Hope I did good, I just hope I get at least 60% lol :P Arg, now I gotta work on my Women’s Presentation which is on Tuesday… Then I gotta play this game “Deadly Harvest” for Plagues and Ppl, and do an assignment on it. Then I gotta write a thesis creation paper for Women’s Studies… Then I gotta study for Mythology 1st mid-term on Wednesday… And I gotta study for my biggest fear of ALL… Psychology… WAHH! + oil!!!! GONBADE!!! (not sure how u spell it lol, close enough)

On Saturday, Stephy, Lisa, Allan and Mee 去 o左 Mix 2 for HKK sponsor 計劃. 非常好玩!!! 個個唱得好好 ^^ But the rooms arent that good... The washrooms are bad too. 今次之後, 我們認為 MHQ 係好過 Mix 2 好多o既! :P o拿, MHQ既 washroom 又有電視仔, D washroom 同 K rooms 又乾淨... 個 feel 又好 wo.... lol Lounge Room 又大... 總之MHQ 係好D啦! ^^ :D

Sigh... HKK is processing a bit slow... but hopefully we can still make it in time... ><

Stephy's SCCF is kinda cool! Met new people and they're nice and fun. The game was fun too (that we played). I'm gonna go there everytime now, of course, when I dont have stuff to do during that time...

On Sunday (which was yesterday), my mommy and daddy took us to Buffet!!!! Cuz they were meeting my "cousin" and his gf from HK, and they brought stuff with them from HK. Yay, thank you! I finally got my Karaoke set!!!! Thanks Auntie Helen!!!! The angel and earring and the bracelet watch are soo pretty!!! One question, what's the jade for? Did Grandma gave that to me? Well, I'm gonna take it anyway hehe I cant wait to try the Karaoke this weekend when I'm coming home for Chinese New Year!!!!!! Ekkkk >< so excited!!! *singing* got my highs up ^^

Why are there many Chinese Love Songs?

U might have wonder why Chinese songs are mostly love songs, break up songs or songs that has to do with love. I didn't get it before either... until now...

It's because almost every Chinese has loved or been loved once, and to Chinese, love is a big deal because each relationship or crush means so much. There are memorable loves, and unforgetable loves. One will always remember their first love or their first break up. Of course, other than first love and first break up, there are also relationships with a third wheel or any kind of love shapes (i.e. triangle, trapezoid, hexagon etc..). That is why there are so many kinds of Chinese love songs. :P

Usually Chinese don't do much rock or punk songs... maybe there are, but there arn't many of them.

Why do u think there are so many Chinese love songs? Share ur ideas! ^^

Back from the Holiday~

Hey ppl~ Just got back from my holiday! My holiday was ok... didnt really do anything besides watching tv all day, but I went out a few times. I saw two movies with Allan and Jane, we went to see Fun with Dick and Jane, and Memoirs of a Geisha. Dick and Jane was funny but the story was kinda bad, not very interesting tho. However, Memoirs of a Geisha was good... well sorta... it was decent.

School tmr.... >< Kinda excited and kinda not... lol, it gets boring after the first two weeks. So excited about my club too!!!! HKK is going great! I think... It's gonna be a lot of work to start a club and get this going... so friends... + oil!!!! lol

On Dec 31st, my family and I went to Market Village for countdown, and I saw Luna!! lol... Luna was cute with her boyfriend ^^ Too bad I didnt see Jane, and she left before the show started.. o well. Anyway, the show was BAD! BORING~ lol... and there were many people!! Stupid ppl blocking my view and standing up infront of me. Not going to another countdown ever again!!!

Yay Beauty and the Geek season 2 will be on!!! Too bad I dont have cable here... so I will have to FORCE Allan to download it to watch it, and I will also have to FORCE him to download many more movies and shows. Yay so excited.

Yay, exams are finally over for me... Now I get to relax and go home tmr!! Aww, yesterday me, Allan and Stephy went to MHQ and it was fun~ We were every loud and it's a good thing that we had 勁歌金曲 as the last song, cuz that song is like 10 minutes long! LOL... I bet the ppl were like, ha they picked that song as their last 5 minutes song, damn kids... they get to sing for another extra 5 minutes... heheh ^^ After tmr, I can watch tv all day!!! Xmas is in a few days too... hehe :D Merry Christmas everybody and a Happy New Year!!
